- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are usually processed the same day.
- During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.
Domestic Shipping (within India)
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier-2 / Tier-3 cities: 3–6 business days
- Remote / rural areas: 5–10 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or local conditions.
International Shipping
We ship to selected countries. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- South Asia: 5–10 business days
- Asia / Middle East: 7–14 business days
- Europe / North America / Australia: 10–21 business days
International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes, if applicable.
Shipping Charges & Free Shipping
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Free standard shipping within India on orders above ₹999 (after discounts).
- Express shipping is available at an additional cost.
Carriers & Tracking
We partner with trusted couriers like Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, FedEx and others.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number.
- If your tracking shows no movement for more than 48 hours, please contact us.
Packaging & Safety
- Orders are securely packed using recyclable materials where possible.
- Fragile items are protected to avoid damage in transit.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item:
- Take photos of the product and packaging.

- We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as required.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges as per our Returns Policy.
- Returns must be initiated within 7–14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused and in original packaging (unless defective).
- Return shipping charges may apply, except in cases of defects or wrong item delivery.
