Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a business day are usually processed the same day.
  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

Domestic Shipping (within India)

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Tier-2 / Tier-3 cities: 3–6 business days
  • Remote / rural areas: 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or local conditions.


International Shipping

We ship to selected countries. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • South Asia: 5–10 business days
  • Asia / Middle East: 7–14 business days
  • Europe / North America / Australia: 10–21 business days

International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes, if applicable.


Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Free standard shipping within India on orders above ₹999 (after discounts).
  • Express shipping is available at an additional cost.

Carriers & Tracking

We partner with trusted couriers like Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, FedEx and others.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number.
  • If your tracking shows no movement for more than 48 hours, please contact us.

Packaging & Safety

  • Orders are securely packed using recyclable materials where possible.
  • Fragile items are protected to avoid damage in transit.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item:

  1. Take photos of the product and packaging.
  2. Email us at [care@fchai.in] within 48 hours of delivery, along with your order number.
  3. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as required.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges as per our Returns Policy.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7–14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging (unless defective).
  • Return shipping charges may apply, except in cases of defects or wrong item delivery.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: Yes, if the order has not been shipped. Please contact us immediately.

Q: My tracking shows delivered but I haven’t received the package. What should I do?
A: Check with neighbors, security, or building management. If still not found, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

Q: Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
A: Some couriers allow P.O. boxes, but not all. Please use a physical address when possible.
